Complaints
In the event that a dispute arises between the Client and SG Factoring SpA about products and/or services, the Client can send a complaint to SG Factoring SpA by ordinary letter, registered letter, fax or certified email (PEC), addressed to:

SG Factoring SpA must respond within 30 days of receiving the complaint.
