In the event that a dispute arises between the Client and SG Factoring SpA about products and/or services, the Client can send a complaint to SG Factoring SpA by ordinary letter, registered letter, fax, postal mail or certified email (PEC), addressed to:

SG Factoring SpA will take in charge the claim immediately and will answer within the deadline defined by the regulation.
The Customer can contact the "Arbitro Bancario Finanziario" (ABF) following the guidelines described in the "Guida pratica all'Arbitro per le Contorversie Finanziare" downlodable here www.arbitrobancariofinanziario.it
